SINGAPORE, APRIL 22, 2026 - CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced that Joanna Ossinger will join the international digital team as Head of Digital News for APAC.
Based in Singapore, Ossinger will lead CNBC.com’s editorial coverage across the Asia Pacific region, spanning business, markets, economics, and technology. She will drive daily news output, from breaking developments to premium long-form, while advancing the team’s focus on exclusives and subscription-driven journalism.

With over two decades in financial journalism, Ossinger has held reporting and senior editorial roles at The Wall Street Journal, TheStreet.com, and Fox Business News, and most recently spent more than a decade at Bloomberg News, where she led multiple teams across equities, FX and rates, global curation, and markets coverage.
Ossinger serves as President of Singapore’s Foreign Correspondents Association and previously served as President of the Society of American Business Editors and Writers (SABEW), where she remains actively involved. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Classical Civilizations from Cornell University, and a Master’s degree in International Policy and Development from Georgetown University.
