NEW YORK – Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026 – As part of the all-new MS NOW Membership, the news organization is welcoming its community to its Members Lounge at Crooked Con on Saturday, Nov. 7. The pop-up experience will offer Members and attendees a welcoming place to gather, spend time, and connect throughout the day.
The MS NOW Members Lounge builds on the network’s growing effort to bring its community together, online and in person. It follows pop-up gatherings at the Power to the People Festival in Columbia, Maryland, in October and in Dallas, Texas, during the Republican midterm convention in September.
On Election Night, MS NOW welcomed its Members to its first in-person midterm election experiences, with watch parties in Atlanta, Georgia, and Houston, Texas. The MS NOW Members Lounge: Election Night Watch Party events gave Founders and Members a chance to follow the results together, at the Painted Pin Bowling Alley in Atlanta alongside MS NOW anchor Antonia Hylton, and at Rooftop Cinema Club in Houston, where they watched MS NOW’s coverage on the big screen alongside MS NOW anchor Alicia Menendez.
At Crooked Con, the MS NOW Members Lounge will offer opportunities to meet, talk, and share the day with fellow attendees, and enjoy exclusive experiences throughout the day. Guests can join face-to-face conversations with MS NOW anchors and reporters or recharge between sessions with complimentary food and beverages, guided meditations, as well as merch giveaways, personalized MS NOW gear, and more.
Now in its second year, Crooked Con will bring together voices from across politics, media, culture and organizing just days after the midterm elections for conversations about what happened, what comes next, and where the pro-democracy movement goes from here.
LIVE, INTERACTIVE Q&As WITH MS NOW’S MOST TRUSTED VOICES
Throughout the day, MS NOW anchors and reporters, Jen Psaki, Katy Tur, Symone Sanders Townsend, Eugene Daniels, Laura Barrón-López, and Akayla Gardner will join live, interactive Q&As about the midterm results and their political aftershocks. Guests can hear directly from the people covering these stories, bring their questions, and take part in the conversation alongside others following the news.
SPACE TO EXPLORE, RECHARGE AND CONNECT
Election Night may be over, but there will still be plenty to unpack together. Guests can explore MS NOW’s famous Big Board, follow the results, races and numbers shaping the story of the 2026 midterms, and add their own voices to the community boards.
The lounge will also feature a 360-degree photo booth, a quiet space with guided meditations, chair massages, giveaways and merch stations with personalized MS NOW gear. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee from The Daily Briefing Bar, fresh smoothies and rotating food offerings throughout the day. Whether stopping by for a conversation, a moment of reflection or a place to recharge, guests will find room to make the day their own.
WHERE TO FIND US
The MS NOW Members Lounge will be on the second-floor concourse, next to The Reflecting Pool stage, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
