STAMFORD, Conn. – April 1, 2026 – USA Sports’ live coverage of LOVB’s Game of the Week concludes tonight at 8 p.m. ET on USA Network as first-place LOVB Houston visits LOVB Nebraska from Baxter Arena in Omaha, Neb.

In the final week of the regular season, tonight’s game is pivotal for both teams as LOVB Houston looks to clinch the regular season crown and LOVB Nebraska aims to strengthen its playoff positioning.

USA Sports’ final regular season Game of the Week tonight marks a historic first season of LOVB coverage on USA Network, including record viewership that featured LOVB's most-watched game on record, two of the top three most-watched matches all-time, and a 39% viewership increase vs. 2025’s regular season average.

LOVB Houston (12-6) at LOVB Nebraska (9-9)

With two regular season games remaining, LOVB Houston can clinch the 2026 regular season title with a win tonight against LOVB Nebraska, which would mark their first regular season crown after finishing in second place last season. Opposite hitter Jordan Thompson looks to complete her incredible season atop the league as she leads LOVB in points (407) and kills (377).

LOVB Nebraska, who are in third place at 9-9, look to secure a playoff spot this week as they battle LOVB Salt Lake (9-9) and LOVB Austin (8-10) for the two final postseason positions. LOVB Houston and LOVB Atlanta have already clinched playoff spots. With wins tonight and on Saturday vs. LOVB Austin, Nebraska would earn the No. 3 seed.

Tonight’s match also marks Nebraska outside hitter Jordan Larson’s penultimate regular season game before retiring from professional volleyball at the end of this season. “The Governor” has helped lead Nebraska to a 6-2 record in their past eight games, scoring 10+ points in seven of the eight matches during that span.
