Premier League Coverage Features Six Matches on USA Network, Headlined by Second-Place Manchester City Visiting Sixth-Place Chelsea this Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET
STAMFORD, Conn. – April 9, 2026 – USA Sports’ live coverage on USA Network continues this week with coverage of the LOVB playoffs featuring the second semifinals match this Sunday at 2 p.m. ET and six Premier League matches from Sunday-Monday this weekend, headlined by a pivotal matchup between second-place Manchester City and sixth-place Chelsea.
LOVB Houston at LOVB Nebraska
USA Network presents LOVB’s second semifinals match this Sunday at 2 p.m. ET as regular season champions LOVB Houston take on fourth-place LOVB Salt Lake from Freedom Hall in Louisville, Ky.
LOVB Houston earned the No. 1 seed in LOVB’s four-team postseason tournament after going 13-7 in the regular season and defeating LOVB Atlanta in five sets in the regular season finale. Opposite hitter Jordan Thompson, a top contender for 2026 LOVB MVP, led the league in points (455) and kills (423) in the regular season.
LOVB Salt Lake (10-10) defeated LOVB Madison 3-1 in the regular season finale, snapping a four-game losing streak and earning the fourth and final playoff spot. Houston and Salt Lake split the season series, 2-2, in four head-to-head matchups this season.
The teams will square off in the first semifinals match this Friday before facing each other in Sunday’s second semifinals match on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on USA Network for a place in the LOVB Championship. Should the series be tied 1-1 on Sunday after the second match, the winner will be determined by a golden set to 15 points immediately following the conclusion of the second match.
Next week, USA Network will air both LOVB Championship matches (April 16 and 18) as the 2026 LOVB champions will be crowned live to a primetime audience.

USA Network exclusively aired the league’s Game of the Week in primetime on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET this season in USA Sports’ inaugural season of LOVB coverage, which included record viewership that featured LOVB's most-watched game on record, two of the top three most-watched matches all-time, and a 38% viewership increase vs. 2025’s regular season average.
Premier League on USA Network
USA Network presents six matches this weekend as the Premier League returns from a joint international and FA Cup break, beginning on Friday as West Ham host Wolverhampton Wanderers at 3 p.m. ET.
On Saturday, Premier League Mornings begins on USA Network at 7 a.m. ET, followed by a doubleheader: first-place Arsenal v. Bournemouth (9:30 a.m. ET) and Brentford v. Everton (10 a.m. ET).
Sunday’s coverage on USA Network kicks off with Premier League Mornings at 8 a.m. ET, leading into Tottenham Hotspur visiting Sunderland at 9 a.m. ET. At 11:30 a.m. ET, second-place Manchester City visit sixth-place Chelsea in a vital match for European qualification.
This week’s Premier League coverage concludes on USA Network on Monday, April 13, as third-place Manchester United host Leeds United at 3 p.m. ET.
